Return & Store Credit Policy
At Papered Charm Designs, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. We completely understand that décor plans evolve—or the wall color doesn’t quite turn out how you imagined. To keep things simple and stress-free, we offer easy returns for store credit on qualifying orders.
Return Eligibility for Full-Price Wallpaper
You can request a return for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Because every wallpaper panel is printed specifically for each order, refunds are not available.
Why Store Credit Instead of Refunds?
All wallpaper is made to order. Once printed, it can’t be resold or reprinted for another customer because of potential color variation from batch to batch. Store credit allows you to reorder whenever you're ready, while also helping us reduce unnecessary waste.
What Can Be Returned?
To receive store credit, wallpaper must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In perfect, original condition
- Returned with all labels, packaging, and inserts
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or unrolled wallpaper
- Samples and test swatches
- Any custom-sized or custom-colored orders
How to Start a Return
Just email us here within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send your store credit to the email used at checkout.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as we cannot issue credit for items lost or damaged in transit.
Gifts
If you received wallpaper as a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit so you can select something that fits your style. Cash refunds are not available for gift returns.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each order goes into production quickly, any edits or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After printing begins, changes are not possible—but if your item qualifies, you may still return it for store credit.
