INSTALLATION & SURFACE PREPARATION:
**Proper surface preparation is essential for successful wallpaper installation. Walls should be clean, dry, smooth, and properly primed prior to application.

**Peel & stick wallpaper adhesion can be affected by wall texture, paint formulation (including low-VOC, washable, satin, or stain-resistant paints), humidity, temperature, and prior wall treatments. Older walls or walls that have been patched, skim-coated, or painted multiple times should be primed before installation.

**Because wall conditions vary widely, samples are strongly recommended to test color, texture, and adhesion before placing a full order.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
If using a professional, ensure they have experience with peel-and-stick wallpaper. Discuss your project and materials with them before purchasing. Inspect the product for quality.

DO NOT USE IF:

Walls are textured or sanded (prep with joint compound for smoothness).
Paint is less than 4 weeks old.
Walls are dirty, dusty, moldy, or humid.
Paint is peeling or excessively aged.
Covering existing wallpaper or wall elements.
Room temperatures fluctuate significantly.
Installing on exterior walls during unstable weather conditions.

SURFACES NOT RECOMMENDED FOR APPLICATION: Textured/Uneven Walls, Dark/Multi-colored walls, Wallpapered walls; Brick/Cinder block; Unpainted Drywall/Sheetrock or Plaster; Outdoors; Non-stick Paint. Do not place wallpaper in an area likely to have steam or heat, like a Kitchen or Bathroom as it is likely to cause issues, such as peeling with humidity over 50%.

**All wallpaper is made to order. Due to the nature of this product, returns or refunds are not accepted for items that have been installed, trimmed, altered, or used.

**Refunds are not available for adhesion issues, installation challenges, or surface compatibility concerns.
